Return & Refund Policy

At Neil’s RV Service & Repair Ltd., we stand behind the quality of our workmanship, parts, and products. Our goal is to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their service experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and warranty concerns are handled.

 

 

1. Parts & Product Returns

Eligible Returns

 

We accept returns on new, unused, and unopened parts or products within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.

 

Conditions

  • Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Electrical components are non-returnable.

  • Special-order parts may be subject to a 30% restocking fee (based on supplier policies).

  • Installed parts cannot be returned.

 

 

2. Service & Labour

Service Guarantee

 

All labour performed by Neil’s RV Service & Repair Ltd. is backed by a 90-day workmanship guarantee.

If an issue arises related directly to work we performed:

  • We will inspect the concern at no charge.

  • If confirmed as a workmanship issue, repairs will be completed at no cost to the customer.

 

 

 

Exclusions

The service guarantee does not cover:

  • Problems caused by customer-installed parts or modifications

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or external events (weather, accidents, etc.)

  • Issues unrelated to the original repair

 

 

3. Warranty Claims on Parts

Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and product.
We will assist with warranty claims when:

  • The part was purchased and installed by our shop

  • The manufacturer requires inspection or documentation

Manufacturer warranty decisions are final.

 

 

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 3–7 business days.
Shipping or special-order fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components

  • Installed or used parts

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Custom or special-order items (unless defective under warranty)
